한국민의 보훈의식에 대한 인과구조 분석

국가유공자들과 그들 가족들의 삶의 질을 고양시키고, 국민들 마음속에 나라사랑정신을 갖도록 하는 보훈제도는 대한민국의 존속과 발전을 위하여 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 이런 의미를 갖고 있는 보훈의식이 어떠한 인과구조를 형성하고 있는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 상관분석 결과를 보면, 보훈의식은 보훈감성, 정책이해, 보훈지식, 연령, 소득 변인들과 유의미한 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 이 중에서 보훈감성, 정책이해, 보훈지식, 연령 변수는 정(+)의 상관성을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 보훈의식은 여러 관련변인들에 의해 영향을 받는 존재라는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 보훈의식에 대한 인과관계 추정결과를 보면 보훈지식은 정책이해에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 정책이해는 다시 보훈감성에 긍정적 영향을 주며, 보훈감성은 다시 보훈의식에 긍정적 영향을 주는 인과관계가 확인되고 있다. 그리고 인구사회학적 변수 중에서 연령, 소득, 보훈대상자 관련성 등이 직간접적으로 보훈의식에 영향을 주는 것도 확인되고 있다. 그럼으로 전체적으로는 보훈의식에 보훈지식, 정책이해, 보훈감성 등 관련변인들과 인구사회학적 변수들이 상호 긴밀하게 연관되어 작용하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The patriots and veterans affairs is implementing a wide range of policies aimed at providing adequate compensation to individuals with distinguished service to the nation, bereaved families and dependants and assisting veterans to ensure their smooth transition to civilian life. These policies are also designed to remember and preserve the noble spirit of those who have contributed to independence, freedom and democracy in our country. To create a society in which patriots and veterans can lead honorable and dignified lives, where the spirit of patriotism is valued. This study is to analysis on the causal structure of the spirit of support for patriots and veterans in Korea. To do this, set of hypothesis concerning the relationships between knowledge of patriots and veterans affairs, comprehension of patriots and veterans affairs, sensitivity for patriots and veterans, gender, age, income, relation with patriots and veterans and spirit of support for patriots and veterans. Based on the results of this study, knowledge of patriots and veterans affairs has a influence on comprehension of patriots and veterans affairs, comprehension of patriots and veterans affairs has a influence on sensitivity for patriots and veterans and sensitivity for patriots and veterans has a influence on spirit of support for patriots and veterans. In conclusion, knowledge of patriots and veterans affairs, comprehension of patriots and veterans affairs, sensitivity for patriots and veterans and demo-sociological factors have a influence on spirit of support for patriots and veterans both directly and indirectly in Korea.
