Abstract

Purpose : We want to report 14 case series of recurrent miscarriage overcome and want to introduce the actual condition and treatment of recurrent miscarrige patients clinically. Methods : We researched medical records of 14 women who had overcome recuttent miscarriage and had deliveried successfully from 1999 to 2004 in Conmaul oriental medical center. Results : There were 14 recurrent miscarrige patients who deliveried successfully after herbal medicine treatment. They had three - eight times abortion experience. Their menstruation coditions were oligomenorrhea 7 cases, hypomenorrhea 7 cases, dysmenorrhea 8 cases. We diagnosed their cases as insufficient blood(血虛) in common, and diagnosed as stagnated hepatic qi(肝氣鬱結), moist and phlegm(濕痰), insufficient essence and blood(精血不足), blood stasis(瘀血), insufficient qi(氣虛), uterus cold syndrome(胞冷) individually. We administered herbal medicine to them according to each diagnosis before pregnancy, and administered herbal medicine(安尊二天湯) to prevent abortion after pregnancy. Conclusion : We reported successful delivery 14 case series of recurrent miscarrige patients after herbal medicine treatment. We think to need further study about the principle of treatment, guideline of treatment & care as causes.
