This study was intended to verify the effects of healthcare major students' trust in professors on their friendships and college life satisfaction. 291 surveys were conducted on university students majoring in healthcare, and frequency analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics of the subjects, and item analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of measurement tools. In addition, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to verify the causal relationship between variables. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were ob tained. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of trust on professors on friendships, it was found that reliability, continuity, adaptation, and community life, which are sub-factors of friendships, explained the dependent variables significantly. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of professor trust on college life satisfaction, it was found that the sub-factors of college life satisfaction, such as bonding, attachment, and sense of security, explained the dependent variables significantly. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of friendships on college life satisfaction, it was found that the sub-factors of college life satisfaction, bonding, attachment, and sense of security, explained the dependent variables significantly.
