장기이식 수혜자의 가족 및 의료인 지지와 희망이 사회 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향

초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 장기이식 한 수혜자의 사회 심리적 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하기 위하여 시도되었다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 서울에 있는 일개 상급 종합병원에서 장기이식 한 후 3개월이 지나 외래를 규칙적으로 방문하는 132명의 수혜자였다. 설문 조사는 2015년 11월 3일부터 12월 3일까지 시행하였다. 자료는 기술통계, 독립표본 t 검증, 일원배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계와 위계적 다중 회귀분석의방법으로 분석하였다. 결과: 가족지지, 의료인지지, 희망이 사회 심리적 적응에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 변수로 나타났다. 위계적 다중회귀분석에서 희망이 사회 심리적 적응에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다 (β=.39, p<.001). 결론: 결론적으로 희망은 장기이식 수혜자의 사회 심리적 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인이므로 장기이식 수혜자의사회 심리적 적응을 증진시키기 위해 희망 중재 방안을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

Abstract

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the factors that influence the psychosocial adjustment of organ transplant recipients. Methods: Participants were 132 organ transplant recipients who received follow-up more than 3 months after the organ transplantation at one general hospital in Seoul. A questionnaire survey was done from November 3 to December 3, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Family support, medical staff support and hope were significantly correlated with psychosocial adjustment. In the hierarchical multiple regression analysis, hope appeared to be the most important factor influencing psychosocial adjustment (β =.39, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings show that hope had an influence on the psychosocial adjustment of organ transplant recipients. Thus, to improve psychosocial adjustment it is important for nurses to develop interventions to increase hope in organ transplant recipients.
