이 연구는 셉테드 교육프로그램에 참여한 교육생들의 피드백을 분석하여현장활용도가 높은 셉테드 교육 개선방향을 제시함을 목적으로 하였다. 이를위하여 국외의 교육프로그램을 고찰하고, 국내에서 대표적인 셉테드 교육프로그램으로 평가할 수 있는 경찰 셉테드 교육과정과 에스원 셉테드 전문가과정에 참여한 교육생 만족도 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 강의만으로 구성된 교과목에 비하여 강의와 실습이 함께 구성된 교과목에 대한 강의만족도가 높게나타났다. 특히, 교육생들이 시각적으로 확인할 수 있고 상호 토의를 거쳐 교육생의 의견을 스스로 도출할 수 있는 참여형, 관찰형 수업에 대한 만족도가상대적으로 높았다. 또한, 강의만족도에서는 전반적으로 강사의 전문성과 강의 태도에 대한 평가가 강의 기술이나 업무 연계성보다 높게 평가되었다. 그러므로 교육프로그램의 만족도를 높이기 위한 주요 요소는 강의 태도 〉 전문성 〉 업무 연계성 = 강의 기술의 순서로 우선순위를 둘 수 있다. 강의방식은 교육대상에 따라 차별화되어야 하지만, 실무형 융합학문이라는 셉테드주제의 특성을 고려하여 강의와 실습이 함께 구성된 교과목 중심 교육 비중을 확대할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
According to the results of the "Police CPTED Curriculum" and the "S-1 CPTED Professional Course," which are considered to be one of the most representative CPTED educational programs in Korea, the "Lecture + Practice" was higher than the "Lecture + Practice" category. Students were more satisfied with the participatory and observation classes, which required specialized knowledge and allowed them to visually confirm and express their opinions through mutual discussion than theoretical lectures were more important than subjects. Also, in the detailed category of lecture satisfaction, the evaluation of the professionalism and attitude of lecturers in general was higher than that of lecture technology and business collaboration. Therefore, the attitude of the lecture is the main factor in increasing satisfaction of the education program. > Expertise > Business collaboration = Lecture technology can be prioritized. The method of lectures should be differentiated according to the subjects of education, but the importance of "lecture + practical training" should be increased considering the characteristics of CPTED subjects such as practical integration.
