목적: 본 연구의 목적은 응급실 간호사의 임상적 의사결정능력, 역할갈등, 간호업무수행능력의 정도를 확인하고 간호업무수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 도구: 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계 연구로, 총 137명의 응급실 간호사가 참여하였다. 자료수집은 2024년 6월 1일부터 8월 25일까지 B 광역시에 위치한 3개의 상급종합병원에서 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 IBM SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t 검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 사후검정 Scheffé test, 피어슨의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 임상적 의사결정능력의 평균점수는 3.31점, 역할갈등 평균점수는 3.77점, 간호업무수행능력 평균점수는 3.77점으로 나타났다. 응급실간호사의 간호업무수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임상적 의사결정능력, 역할갈등, 그리고 연봉의 하위요인이었으며, 이 변수들에 대한 간호업무수행능력의 설명력은 20.0% 이다. 결론: 응급실 간호사의 임상적 의사결정능력과 역할갈등은 간호업무수행능력에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 임상적 의사결정능력을 강화하고 역할갈등의 정도와 영향을 미치는 요인은 파악하기 위해 조직적 차원에서의 전략이 필요하다. 또한, 간호업무수행능력을 향상시키기 위해 적절한 보상체계 및 제도적 방안에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다
Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to examine the levels of clinical decision-making ability, role conflict, and nursing work performance ability and to identify factors influencing nursing work performance ability among emergency room nurses. Methods: This study emploved a descriptive correlational research design. A total of 137 emergency room nurses, were participated. Data were collected at three tertiary hospitals located in city B, from June 1 to August 25, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS 29.0 program. Results: The average score of clinical decision-making ability was 3.31, while role conflict and nursing work performance ability both had an average score of 3.77. Factors influencing nursing work performance ability included clinical decision-making ability, role conflict, and annual salary, which explained 20.0% of the variance in nursing work performance ability. Conclusion: Clinical decision-making ability and role conflict significantly impact nursing work performance among emergency room nurses. Strategies to enhance clinical decision-making skills and mitigate role conflict should be developed at the organizational level. Additionally, further research is needed to on appropriate compensation systems and institutional measures to enhance nursing work performance.
