다문화가족 청소년의 심리사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 위험요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년을 대상으로 그들의 한국인정체감에 따른 심리사회적 적응실태를 알아보고 그들의 심리사회적 적응을 위협하는 위험요인을 찾고자 하였다. 또한 이들 위험요인들이 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 다문화가족 청소년 스스로 인식하는 한국인정체감 유형에 따른 심리사회적 적응에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 다문화가족 청소년의 주변인 한국인정체감 유형에 따른 심리사회적 적응에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화가족 청소년의 심리사회적 적응에 어려움을 겪게 하는 위험요인을 알아본 결과 외국인엄마 요인, 학교요인, 자아정체감 요인, 친구 요인, 개인적 요인 및 가족 요인의 6개 요인이 추출되었다. 이들 6개 위험요인 각각이 다문화가족 청소년의 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아본 결과, 자아정체감 요인과 개인적 요인이 다문화가족 청소년의 심리사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 외국인엄마 요인, 학교 요인, 친구요인 및 가족요인의 영향력은 상대적으로 미약한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study defines the psychosocial adjustment status of a multicultural family adolescent and investigates the risk factors to them. The data from this study can contribute to the related basic data for multicultural adolescents to prepare more adaptive skills as sound Koreans. The specific research procedure was first to investigate the psychosocial adjustment of self-identity of multicultural adolescents. Then I determined the risk factors which influence their psychosocial adjustment. The study finds that there is a significant difference in an adolescent's self-identity according to perceived as Korean to self. Second, six factors are considered risk factors for psychosocial adjustment: foreign mother, school relation, self-identity, friend relation, personal, and family relation. Among these, the self-identity and personal factors significantly affected psychosocial adjustment. But the foreign mother, school relation, friend relation, and family relation factors had no significant effect on psychosocial adjustment.
