The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Child care center director's coaching ability on teacher's psychological well-being. To achieve this research objective, child care teachers working at day care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were distributed through mail and direct visits. A total of 270 were retrieved and used as this research material for the questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the director’s coaching capacity and psychological welfare, recognized by child care teachers, showed an unusually high level of awareness. Second, there was a significant static correlation between all factors except the relationship between the autonomy of psychological welfare sense and the performance evaluation of coaching. Third, multiple regression analyses were conducted to verify the effect of daycare center director's coaching ability on teacher's psychological well-being, and the performance evaluation and relationship.
