본 연구에서는 2007년도 조손가족의 가족기능회복 및 지원을 위해 건강가정지원센터에서 진행한 사례관리 시범사업의 효과를 사례관리진행과정에 따라 참여한 조손가족, 실무자, 전문가를 대상으로 파악한 후, 조손가족 사례관리사업의 활성화를 위한 정책을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 사례일지 분석, 슈퍼비전 기록지, 사례관리자 인터뷰, 조손가족 인터뷰 등의 자료를 1차 자료로 활용하였으며, 연구자가 참여한 사례개입 경험과 개입과정 분석 틀을 기초하여 추가로 분석하였다. 사례관리 실제의 단계는 인테이크와 사정 - 서비스계획 및 목표설정 - 서비스제공 및 자원연계 - 점검 및 조정 - 종결 및 사후계획으로 진행되었다. 사례관리 단계별로 분석한 결과 조손가족 사례관리는 조손가족 전체의 욕구를 고려한 통합적인 서비스로서 효과가 있었음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 조손가족을 대상으로 사례관리의 효과가 검증됨으로써, 가족복지실천 현장에서 가족단위의 기능보호, 치료, 강화를 위한 통합프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용하는데 의의가 있으며, 조손가족에게 지역사회 네트워크를 통해 강점을 중심으로 사례관리를 주도적으로 실행하기 위한 전문가양성 및 행정적 지원에 대한 제안을 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of case management through analysis of the case management program at the C Healthy Family Support Center to support the “grandparent-grandson family.” The effects of this case management project are summarized as follows: First, there are some networks between village offices, Healthy Family Centers, and primary schools, when search cases from grandparent-grandson families. Moreover, the manager of the case management project visited the case families’ homes and observed their environment also, the manager interviewed them and inquired about their needs. Second, grandparent-grandson families have many types of needs. Therefore, there were some support activities for children and grandparents, depending on their needs. In addition, educational, consultative and cultural supports were operated for each of the families so that it could be effective for case management.
