본 실험은 무창자돈사에 있어서 여름과 겨울철 환기를 할 때 공기유입구에서의 공기속도가 환경에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 CFD를 이용한 모델을 설정하였고, 현장실험을 통한 결과와 CFD 모델의 공기유속 결과를 서로 비교하였다. 공기속도에 있어서 수학적인 모델은 현장실험 결과와 매우 유사하게 나타났다. 환기시스템에서의 공기흐름은 중앙 복도좌우 천장에서 덕트구멍을 통하여 공급하였으며 겨울철은 2~2.5m/s 였고, 여름철은 7m/s 전후였다. 이상의 연구 결과 여름철과 겨울철 모두 해석 Model과 실험 무창자돈사내 측정 결과 평균 유속은 근소한 차이로 나타나 공기유동 해석 연구에 있어서 CFD 시뮬레이션의 적용으로 합리적인 결과를 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract
Experiments were carried out to evaluate the air speed distribution of an enclosed nursery pig bay in summer and winter. The data taken by experiments were compared to validate with the calculated air speeds by a commercial CFD code, FLUENT. Air basically enters into the bay through perforated circular ducts overhanged on the ceiling, leaves through a exhaust fan attached on the end-wall of the bay. Air speeds were measured as 2∼2.5m/s at the perforated holes in the duct in winter and 7m/s in summer. The validation showed that a CFD simulaton is one of feasible methods to predict airspeed distribution in the nursery pig bay.
