Abstract

Many indistinguishable schools between industrial schools and academic high schools are classified into industrial schools for convenience's sake as many industrial schools lose their original identity becoming unidentified schools as a result of the project to transform industrial schools into specialized high schools. However, on the other side, the teachers of existing industrial subjects are losing their roles as well as their position in the educational field by newly establishing new subject and introducing curriculums without any countermeasure. In spite of this situation, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development and Offices of Education in each city fail to propose the alternative plan and force to follow in the footsteps of unsuccessful schools. Therefore, considering them, this study would like to propose the subjects of commercial high schools and improvement plans for curriculums as a program to foster the talented with the ability to flexibly cope with the knowledge-oriented industrial society and to lead the era of UB-IT(Ubiquitous-IT) in the industrial education, which is ignored in the 7th curriculum by simply presenting the procedure of educational course change, examining the prior studies on subjects and curriculums and taking into consideration of the ERP module.
