Objectives : This study presents a case where comprehensive care was provided to persons with disabilities (PWDs) with limited mobility through Korean medicine (KM) community care. Methods : The KM community care multidisciplinary team conducted home visits to two PWDs with the aim of providing individualized KM healthcare services to meet each person's specific needs. Results : In all two cases, general health improved. There were no deaths, institutionalisations or hospitalisations. Conclusions : This study highlights the role of the KM multidisciplinary team in community care in promoting the overall health of PWDs.
