창업실패관련 평가와 창업자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는영향

초록

한국 청년 3명 중 1명은 창업에 관심이 있으나 실패의 두려움으로 창업을 주저하는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 정부가 다방면으로 창업을 지원했음에도, 이러한 현상을 보이는 것은 그동안의 창업지원이 청년층을 창업으로 이끄는데 효과적이지 못했음을 반증한다. 본 연구는 서울시 청년창업센터 예비창업자 및 창업자, 서울시 창업스쿨 창업강좌 수강생 295명을 대상으로 감정적 요인인 창업실패관련 평가와 창업자기효능감이 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 시작되었다. 연구방법은 선행연구 고찰을 통해 건강신념모델（Health Belief Model)을　활용하여 창업실패관련 평가와 창업자기효능감, 창업의도 각각의 관계에 관한 가설 및연구모형을 설정하였고, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 창업실패에 대한 지각된 취약성, 창업실패에 대한 지각된 혜택, 창업자기효능감이 창업의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로 나타났다. 창업자를 늘리기 위해서는 창업실패에 대한 지각된 취약성을 줄이고, 창업실패에 대한 지각된 혜택을 제고해야 한다. 이를 위해 소규모 자본으로 창업하여 성공한 다수의 사례를 배포하거나 잠재창업자가 창업에 도움이 된다고 인지할만한 창업교육, 창업컨설팅 등을 확대하는 것도 방법이다. 또한 창업자를 늘리기 위해서는 잠재창업자의 창업자기효능감을 높여야 하는데, 잠재창업가에게 창업성공에 대한 믿음을 강하게 하고, 도전정신을 심어줄 수 있는 기업가정신을 확산하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다.

Abstract

This study, which employed HBM(Health Belief Model), showed that perceived suspect-ability, perceived benefits, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among other variables were found to be the only predictive variables with direct effect on entrepreneurial intention in potential businessmen live in capital area. However, the effect of perceived seriousness and perceived threat is minimal, insufficient to explain entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Consequently, perceived suspect-ability, perceived benefits, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy was found to be the significant variable that can predict entrepreneurial self-efficacy in Korea capital area, among perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefit, perceived barrier and self-efficacy. Then results of this study suggests that it is recommended that the scale to reduce the perceived suspect-ability to deploy a small start-up success stories. Also, It is necessary to improve perceived benefits, it is necessary to apply several useful institutions in entrepreneurship to potential founders. For this purpose, entrepreneurship education, and analyze the practices of founder might expand entrepreneurship consulting, or be a role model to be called also how to implement educational practices. Finally, it is necessary to a potential start-up entrepreneurs instill entrepreneurial self-efficacy, It is considered a strong belief in entrepreneurship and the success that it is necessary to spread the entrepreneurship training to instill the spirit of challenge.
