원격 교육의 성공 모델을 위한 유효성 요인에관한 실증 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육공학적 이론과 정보시스템 성공모델 변수의 실증연구를 통한 이러닝 성공 모델을 제안하는데 있다. 주요변수의 사용은 자기조절 효능감 변수와, 이러닝을 하나의 정보시스템으로 보고 정보시스템 성공모델 변수를 사용하였다.본 연구에서는 이러닝의 효과를 측정하기 위해 학제간 연구를 통한 새로운 모델인 이러닝 성공모델을 제시 하였으며, 이러닝의 학습 환경 만족과 학습자의 자기조절 효능감이 학업적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.이러닝 학습 환경 만족의 측정은 통합적 접근을 시도하였으며 이것에는 학습관리시스템, 학습컨텐츠 표현품질, 학습컨텐츠 맥락품질 및 교수와 학습자간의 상호작용에 관한 서비스품질로 측정하였다. 아울러 교육공학적 변수인 자기조절효능감이 자기주도학습인 이러닝에서 중요한 변수임을 보였다.결과적으로 학습자의 자기조절효능감과 학습 환경 만족이 이러닝 학업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증적으로 보이고, 이를 기초하여 이러닝 성공모델을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine educational engineering theory specially self－efficacy factor for self－regulated learning. We used variables of ISS model to effect e－Learning that one of information system. We suggested e－Learning success(ELS) model that new research model in e－Learning effect measurement of interdisciplinary method. This study analyzed satisfaction of an e－Learning environment and academic performance. Measurement of an e－Learning environment satisfaction was attempted to integrated approach of many factors, was affected by LMS, content representational quality concerning learning content and service quality of interaction with professor and students. It was also found empirically that academic performance was affected by satisfaction of an e－Learning environment and learner self－regulated efficacy.
