재무비율 측정에 의한 ERP시스템 도입의단기적 효과 분석

본 연구에서는 기업에 있어서 ERP시스템의 도입에 대한 효과를 확인하기 위하여 표본으로 선정된 기업을 대상으로 하여 기업의 ERP시스템 도입전과 도입후에 있어서의 효과를 재무적 지표를 통하여 분석해보았다.본 연구는 선행연구와 문헌조사를 토대로 ERP시스템 도입의 유형적 효과를 기업의 재무제표상의 수치를 통하여 분석하고 수익성, 활동성, 안전성의 측면에서 t-test 및 회귀분석을 실시하여 통계적 유의성 차이여부를 검증하였다.본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, ERP시스템의 도입전과 도입후의 수익성비율에는 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 도입후 수익률이 낮아진 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 매출액영업이익률, 매출액순이익률, ROE, 매출액증가율, 순이익증가율은 도입후 낮아졌으나, 총자산증가율은 증가하여 통계적으로 긍정적인 유의적 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 기업의 ERP시스템 도입이 재무적 영향을 미친다는 것을 나타내는 것이다. 둘째, ERP시스템의 도입전과 도입후의 활동성비율을 분석한 결과 재고자산회전율의 경우 유의적 차이를 보였으나 긍정적인 차이는 아니었다. 그러나 회귀분석의 결과로 볼 때, ERP시스템의 도입은 총자본회전율, 매출채권회전율, 재고자산회전율 등의 활동성비율에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.셋째, ERP시스템의 도입전과 도입후의 안전성비율에 긍정적인 유의적 차이를 보였으며, 이들 안전성비율은 ERP시스템의 도입에 유의적인 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 ERP시스템의 도입은 안전성비율에 있어서 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나 그 원인에 대하여는 향후 추가적 분석이 요구된다.
Abstract
This thesis is the research that analyzes the effect of ERP system implementation through measurement on financial ratios of company on the basis of empirical research and literature review. Analysis result of this research can be summarized as follows: First, it shows difference that is significant in profitability between before and after of introduction of ERP system. Second, it shows significant difference in activity of business between before and after of introduction of ERP system. Third, it shows significant difference in safety of business between before and after of introduction of ERP system. Introduction of ERP system expresses significant difference as statistical even if brought definite financial ratios changes between before and after of introduction. But when it is compared to before and after, implementation of ERP system generally displayed the result of something worse than before in financial performance.
