SWOT분석을 활용한 상업 교육의 발전 방향 모색

Abstract

Business education is required to change so that business education point to education for superior human resource of industry. Also business education is requested to receive get a specialized education goes on to university. But business education is actually come up against many difficult problems because of internal environment and external environment around business education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal environment and external environment of business education using SWOT analysis and roughly present the development direction that conquest the environment and development of business education. The method of this study is to analyze environment of business education through exploratory study about existing data and theoretical thesis and to present development direction of business education in accordance with SWOT strategies, such as SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, WT strategy. The basic propositions of development direction of business education are as follows. First, in the dimension of SO strategy, development direction of business education is that commercial high school needs change to specified high school and so on. Second, in the dimension of WO strategy, development direction of business education is that commercial high school and industry joined with cluster and so on. Third, in the dimension of ST strategy, development direction of business education is that business education persevere in one's effort to the subject such as business with finance will be selected by national common basic subject and so on. Fourth, in the dimension of WT strategy, development direction of business education is that needs to policy of preferential for a graduate of business education and so on.
