금융기관 클라우드 시스템 도입을 위한 의사결정 모델에 대한 연구

클라우드 시스템 개념이 출현한지 10여년이 지났고, 비용의 효율성 및 보안성이 검증 되었음에도 불구하고, 금융회사에서는 클라우드 시스템 도입을 주저하고 있다. 고객정보 유출과 관련한 금융당국의 강력한 규제가 주된 이유겠지만, 금융기관들의 클라우드 시스템 도입에 대한 방향성과 기준이 부재한 것도 중요한 이유라고 생각한다. 본 연구에서는 금융회사의 클라우드 시스템 도입에 대한 법적·제도적 제약사항을 살펴보고, 금융기관들이 IT시스템을 구축할 때 클라우드 시스템 적용 가능 여부와 클라우드 시스템 구성 형태를 결정하는 의사결정 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구가 많은 금융기관들의 클라우드 시스템 도입 방향성을 수립하는데 많은 도움이 되기를 희망한다.
Abstract
It has been 10 years since the concept of cloud system has emerged. Despite the fact that the cost-effectiveness andsecurity of cloud systems has been proven, financial companies are reluctant to adopt cloud systems. Financial institutionsare reluctant to adopt the cloud system because of the strong regulation of financial authorities in relation to the leakage ofcustomer information However, more important reason why financial institutions hesitate to introduce cloud systems is thelack of direction and standards for the introduction of cloud systems by financial institutions. This study examines the legaland institutional constraints on the introduction of cloud systems in financial institutions and suggests decision models fordetermining whether cloud systems can be applied and how cloud systems are configured when financial institutionsconstruct IT systems. We hope that this research will be helpful for establishing direction of cloud system introduction ofmany financial institutions.
