뇌졸중 후 편마비인의 체육활동과 장애수용, 자아존중감, 생활만족도의 관계
The Relationship among Acceptance of Disability, Self-esteem and Life Satisfaction according to Participation Physical Activity of the Hemiplegia due to Stroke

본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 삶에 대한 연구에 있어서 간과될 수없는 장애수용을 바탕으로 자신의 능력과 가치있는 존재로 여기는 자아존중감 및 생활만족도의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 있다. 연구모형의 인과관계를 분석하기 위하여 모형의 적합도 평가와 더불어 공변량 효과를 분해하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 장애수용이 자아존중감에 미치는 직접효과는 γ=.62로 정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(t=4.85, p<.001), 이에 대한 설명력은 39%로 나타났다. 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 장애수용의 간접효과는 모두 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 장애수용이 생활만족에 미치는 직접효과는 γ=.36으로 나타나 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(t=2.98, p<.01), 이에 대한 설명력은 31%로 나타났다. 장애수용이 생활만족에 미치는 간접효과는 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자아존중감이 생활만족에 미치는 직접효과는 β=.32로 나타나 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(t=2.69, p<.01), 이에 대한 설명력은 10%로 나타났다. 자아존중감이 생활만족에 미치는 간접효과는 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애수용과 생활만족의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과는 장애수용(AD)→생활만족(LS)의 총효과는 .56, 간접효과는 .20이므로, 자아존중감(SE)의 매개효과 강도는 총효과에서 간접효과의 비율인 36%이라 할 수 있다. 결론적으로, 장애수용이 생활만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 자아존중감을 매개로 했을 때 장애수용이 생활만족에 미치는 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This research has an objective study the disable's life and makes a close inquiry of the relationship between the self-esteem, which makes person feel capable and valuable, and the life satisfaction in a demonstrative way. To analyze the cause and effect of the research’s model, we evaluated the model’s suitability and we disjointed the amount of co-variation to better analyze the situation. The results we obtained was that the direct effect that the acceptance of disability influences on self-esteem is γ=.62, which can be understood as a passive effect (t=4.85, p<.001), and the capacity of explanation for it was 39%. The indirect effect of the acceptance of disability on self-esteem was all passive effect. The direct effect of the acceptance of disability on life satisfaction is γ=.36 but it is also still considered as passive effect (t=2.98, p<.01) and the capacity of explanation for this case was 31%. The indirect effect of disability acceptance on life satisfaction was all considered as passive effect. The direct effect of self-esteem on life satisfaction was β=.32, considered as passive effect (t=2.69, p<.01), and the capacity of explanation was 10%. All the indirect effect that self-esteem affects on life satisfaction was considered as a passive effect. By proving the development effect of self-esteem in the relationship of the disability acceptance and life satisfaction, the total effect Acceptance of Disability (AD) -> Life Satisfaction (LS) as .56 and indirect effect was .20. Consequently, the intensity of Self-Esteem (SE)’s intensity as development effect is the proportion of the indirect effect on total effect, which is 36%. In conclusion, the acceptance of disability directly influences the life satisfaction but when we have the self-esteem as the parameter, the influence of the acceptance of disability on life satisfaction is stronger.
