Abstract
Lower participated of physical activity and exercise in students with developmental disorder than students without disability, who suffered from lower physical fitness level, obesity and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of APE and SPARK program on the health-related physical fitness and empirical meaning for students with developmental disorder. For this study, twelve students with developmental disorder participated in the APE(N=6) and SPARK program(n=6) who performed for 8weeks, per two times, 60minute. We measured health-related physical fitness and by using observation diary and interview from a semi-structured questionnaire 2 teachers and 5 volunteers. The results of this study were as follows, First, It was showed that SPARK program was significant difference positive effects in 16m PACER, push-up in APE. It was not difference between APE group and SPARK group in items of physical fitness. Second, In interviews of teachers, it has been indicated that beneficial improve physical fitness and physical activity level in SPARK program than APE.
