중·노년의 재활운동 참여제약 요인 재구성

본 연구는 국내 보건 환경적 차원에서, 그리고 정책적 차원에서 긍정적 대안이 될 수 있는 재활운동에 대한 참여제약을 탐색하고, 구성요인을 재구성하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 서울과 경기도에 위치한 재활운동 시설 이용자들 중 414명의 중·노년 재활운동 참여자들에게 설문자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 양적 자료를 바탕으로, SPSS18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 집중타당도, 판별타당도를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 재활운동참여자들의 제약요인 구성 항목은 총 11문항으로 구성되었으며, 대인적 제약, 환경적 제약, 내재적 제약, 의식적 제약 등, 네가지 영역으로 구분됨을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
In recent years, the benefits of rehabilitation is verified in two dimensions as public health science and policy. The purpose of this study is reorganization of participation constraint factors on rehabilitation exercise of middle and elderly people. For the study, the researcher selected total 414 who are registered in the 5 selected rehabilitation exercise centers are located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. The collected data were examined through the statistic analysis by using SPSS 18.0 Version such as conducting the frequency analysis, factor analysis, the reliability analysis, and the confirmatory factor analysis with validity examinations were conducted by AMOS 18.0. In conclusion, 11 items and 4 constraint factors were rearranged as follows; Interpersonal constraint, Environmental constraint, Structural constraint, Conscious constraint.
