이 연구는 코칭지식, 스포츠수행전략, 인지된 경기력의 인과관계를 검증하여 장애인 전문체육의 발전에도움을 줄 수 있는 스포츠심리학적 근거자료를 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 2012년 장애인 전문체육 선수로 등록되어 있는 지체장애인을 모집단으로 설정하고, 편의표본추출법을 실시하여총 235부의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 전체 자료에 대한기술 통계 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, Amos 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 측정모형과 구조모형을 검증하였다. 또한 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 Shrout와 Bolger(2002)가 제시한 Bootstrap 방법을 사용하였다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭지식은 스포츠수행전략에 통계적으로 유의한 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠수행전략은 인지된 경기력에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠수행전략은 코칭지식과 인지된 경기력의 관계에서 완전매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 논의에서는 장애인 전문체육 선수의 경기력 향상을 위한 코칭지식의활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study to sports psychology that can help you to present evidence with the development of the disability sports for elite athletes with disabilities that coaching knowledge, performance strategies, recognized performance is to verify the performances of the causal relationship. This study is registered as professional athletes with disabilities and the population is set to the physically disabled, convenience sampling carried out a total of 235 samples were analyzed material wealth. In order to analyze the data using SPSS 18.0 program for the entire data descriptive statistics and correlation analysis was performed, Amos 20.0 program using the measurement model and the structural model was verified. In addition, in order to verify the mediating effect Shrout and Bolger (2002) was proposed by using the Bootstrap method. Than the results obtained by the process are as follows:First, the coaching strategy of knowledge to perform the sport a statistically significant positive effect was found. Second, what strategies do sports in a performance - a statistically significant positive effect was found. Third, do sports coaching strategies in the relationship between knowledge and perceived performance - was fully mediated. In this discussion, based on the results of more than Disabled for performance enhancement of professional players coaching knowledge activation strategies were suggested.
