스코핑 연구 방법을 활용한 국내 보건의료기관 중심의 장애인 신체활동에 대한 연구동향 분석

이 연구는 그동안 국내에서 보건 의료기관을 중심으로 장애인의 건강관리를 위해 신체활동을 적용한 연구사례를 파악하여 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 통해 연구가 수행되지 않은 영역을 확인하며, 향후 특수체육 분야의 서비스 확대와 정책 방향을 세우는데 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 2012년 1월부터 2022년 12월까지 검색된 문헌은 총 687편이었으며, 중복되는 402편을 제외하였다. 이후 285편의 연구에서 제목과 초록을 확인하여 장애인 신체활동 프로그램 중 보건 의료기관에서 시행되지 않았거나 관련이 없는 논문 195편을 1차 선정 과정에서 제외하였다. 또한 2차 선정 과정에서 전문을 검토하여 62건이 추가로 제거되어 총 28편을 분석 대상 연구로 선정하였다. 자료 검색 및 정리는 Endnote 20을 활용하고 Microsofr Excel 2010을 사용하여 출판 연도, 연구목적, 연구 방법, 연구 대상, 주요 결과 등을 포함하여 기록하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 경향에 대한 시계열은 2012년부터 보건 의료 기반 신체활동에 관한 연구가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세였으며, 학술 분야는 학술 분류 기준에 따라 총 5개의 대분류와 13개의 중분류로 나누었다. 연구 설계의 형태는 총 28편 중 양적 연구 27편, 혼합 연구 1편으로 나타났다. 참여 대상자는 뇌졸중(7편)이 가장 많았으며, 프로그램은 종목 중심의 프로그램보다 ‘기능 향상’,‘예방’에 초점이 맞춰져 있었다. 프로그램 시행자는 운동 강사, 운동 재활전문가, 운동처방사 등이 업무를 수행하고 있었으며, 주요 단어와 주제들은 분야별로 상이 한 부분들이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 위한 방향 모색과 학문적, 실천적 시사점을 제공하여 보건 의료분야에서 장애인 신체활동 활성화와 특수체육 전공 서비스의 확대, 지역사회 건강증진체계 구축의 필요성과 방향을 모색하는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study is to identify and provide information on research cases that have applied physical activity for health management of the disabled, centering on health and medical institutions in Korea. Through this, the purpose is to identify areas where research has not been conducted, and to provide basic data for expanding services and establishing policy directions in the field of special sports in the future. In this study, a total of 687 articles were searched from January 2012 to December 2022, and 402 overlapping articles were excluded. Afterwards, the titles and abstracts of 285 studies were checked, and 195 papers that were not conducted in health care institutions or were not related to physical activity programs for the disabled were excluded from the first selection process. In addition, in the second selection process, the full text was reviewed, and 62 articles were additionally removed, and a total of 28 articles were selected as studies to be analyzed. Data retrieval and organization were recorded using Endnote 20 and Microsoft Excel 2010, including publication year, research purpose, research method, research subject, and main results. As a result of the study, the time series for research trends showed a steady increase in research on health care-based physical activity since 2012, and the academic field was divided into a total of 5 major categories and 13 intermediate categories according to academic classification standards. As for the type of study design, 27 quantitative studies and 1 mixed study were found out of a total of 28 studies. Most of the participants had stroke (7 episodes), and the program was focused on 'function improvement' and 'prevention' rather than event-oriented programs. Exercise instructors, exercise rehabilitation experts, and exercise prescribers were performing their duties as program implementers, and the main words and topics showed different parts by field. Based on these results, it is meaningful to find directions for follow-up research and provide academic and practical implications to revitalize physical activities for the disabled in the health care field, expand special sports major services, and establish a community health promotion system.
