예비특수체육교사들의 장애학생 지도 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 : 능력동기이론을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 능력동기이론을 기반으로 예비특수체육교사들의 장애학생 지도 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고 그에 따른 사회심리적 개념을 도출하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구는 일정 기간 이상 장애학생 지도 경험이 있는 예비특수체육교사 7명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구방법은 질적연구 방법으로 Taguette 프로그램을 사용하여 분류체계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 유능감에 대한 분류체계 결과 주제는 ‘자기인식과 운동능력’과 ‘체육에 대한 열정과 참여’로 도출되었으며, 둘째, 사회적 지지에 대한 분류체계 분석 결과 주제는 ‘감정적 지지’과 ‘자아성찰과 성장’으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 자아가치감에 대한 주제는 ‘자신감’과 ‘긍정적 사고’로 도출되었으며, 넷째 정서에 대한 분류체계 결과 주제는 ‘긍정적 감정의 경험’과 ‘감정의 변화와 대처’로 도출되었다. 다섯 번째, 동기에 대한 분류체계 결과 주제는 ‘특수체육에 대한 인식 변화’와 ‘사회적 기여’, ‘도전과 성장 그리고 성취감’으로 도출되었다. 마지막으로 의도에 대한 분류체계 결과 주제는 ‘장체성과 고민’, ‘교육적 접근 전략’이라는 주제가 도출 되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 도출된 주제 및 범주화 된 내용들은 예비특수체육교사들의 지도 의도를 파악할 수 있는 능력동기이론 기반의 타 연구들의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing pre-service adapted physical education teachers' experiences in instructing students with disabilities, based on competence motivation theory, and to derive and analyze the associated socio-psychological concepts. This study conducted in-depth interviews with seven pre-service adapted physical education teachers who had a minimum period of experience in teaching students with disabilities. The research utilized qualitative methods, performing classification system analysis using the Taguette program. The findings are as follows: The classification analysis for perceived competence identified themes of “self-awareness and physical ability” and “passion and participation in physical education.” The analysis of social support revealed themes of “emotional support” and “self-reflection and growth.” For self-worth, the themes “self-confidence” and “positive thinking” emerged. In terms of emotion, the themes identified were “experience of positive emotions” and “emotional change and coping.” The classification analysis for motivation led to themes of “changing perception of adapted physical education,” “social contribution,” and “challenges, growth, and sense of achievement.” Lastly, the themes related to intention were “identity and concerns” and “educational approach strategies.” The themes and categorized content derived from this study are expected to serve as foundational data for other research based on competence motivation theory, providing insights into the instructional intentions of pre-service adapted physical education teachers.
