본 연구는 chair-based dance 프로그램 참가 허약 노인의 주관적 건강상태와 건강증진행위 및 우울간의 구조적 관계를규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D시의 노인 관련 기관을 이용하는 65세 이상의 허약 노인을 선정하였으며chair-based dance 참가집단(86명)과 비참가 집단(89명)으로 구성하였다. 총 175부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용되었고SPSS WIN VER 26.0과 Amos 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석(correlation analysis) 및 공변량분석과 변인간의 구조적 관계를 검증하기 위하여 공변량구조방정식모델(structural equation model)을적용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, chair-based dance 참가는 허약 노인의 주관적 건강상태에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, chair-based dance 참가는 허약 노인의 건강증진행위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, chair-based dance 참가는 허약 노인의 우울 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, chair-based dance 참가에 따른 주관적 건강상태는 건강증진행위와 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 건강증진행위를 통해 우울에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among chair-based dance participants' perceived health status, health promotion behavior and depression in frail elderly. Questionnaires from 175 frail elderly(over 65years) in D-city were used for data analysis. Participants were divided into two groups such as experimental group (N=86) and control group (N=89). The experimental group was requested to participate in chair-based dance program (60 min / 2 times a week/ 3 months) while control group did not participate in program. The data was analyzed through a confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, Covariance Analysis and structural equation modeling by using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0 program. Followings are the results of this study First, participation in chair-based dance significantly affected the frail elderly’s perceived health status. Second, participation in chair-based dance significantly affected the frail elderly’s health promotion behavior. Third, participation in chair-based dance significantly affected the frail elderly’s depression. Fourth, the frail elderly’s perceived health status has a significantly influence on health promotion behavior and depression both directly and indirectly. In addition, the frail elderly’s perceived health status has a significantly influence on depression mediated by health promotion behavior.
