Abstract

The Chinese Characters Formation is a theory that systematizes the Chinese Characters according to the principle of the word-formation. There is a philosophical system in the theoretical background of this theory. In the 80's and 90's, the analysis method of the theory from the Structuralism Structural Linguistics is famous in the language learning system of China, and the systematic thinking establishes the foundation in the analysis method of the Structuralism Structural Linguistics. Naturally, the combination from the Systematic and the Structuralism Linguistics visions is included in the theory of the Wangning's Chinese Characters Formation in this period. And this combination can be the foundation which can establish the methodology of scientific research. Accordingly, the established Chinese Characters Formation can be an important scientific evidence while used in education after systematism. The forms of the Chinese characters are continuously changing, and the forms reaction to the cultural thoughts from different people and times. Therefore, sometimes there are different interpretations when we explain the same chinese character, and sometimes the intentions of word-formation are very different. As a natural condition in the developing process of the Chinese Characters the different interpretations work as an agent opening the reanalysis function, while analysing the structure of the Chinese Characters.
