Problems and Reform Measures of Living Sport Leader's Certification SystemKim, Yong-SupAs improving the life's quality and increasing the social interest of the national welfare, living sports revitalization which is the kind of advancing policy of national welfare was involved in the nation's major subject.we greatly need an arrangement of the training of living sports leaders who enable people to attend the living sports actively and efficient management system, and the rational training system's confirm of living sports leaders.Living sports leaders who must have a sound mental, mission that can teach the information and the technique of sports activities through the sports activities, rise in the personal's sound leisure time and the recognition about the sports.Furthermore, they need a special information, the insight of the sports function, wide well-education, and the elegance. For this reason sports leaders certification system is must under the government system, to avoid the disqualified people's sports activities.This reports considers the certification systems of living sports leader's problem and the improvement program under the National training promotion Act's, aspect of the law policy study and analysis the training and the arrangement of living sports leaders.Especially, I strongly insist that the assembly must enact the particular provision about the living sports leader's certification system.
