It would also be undesirable in terms of enhancing the competitiveness of companies paying Royalty And one of South Korea's major national affairs tasks is to improve regulations on companies in order to improve their competitiveness. In this regard, the Royalty system could be a big regulation for businesses. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the Royalty system. Specifically, it is necessary to diversify how license fees are paid. It would also be necessary to supplement the requirements so that the timing of payment can be determined flexibly according to the entity's circumstances. It will also be important to use license fee collected to suit the original purpose.
