본 연구의 목적은 ‘아베노믹스’의 이론적인 작동 메커니즘과 파급경로와 현실적인 작동 가능성을 고찰하는 것이다. 2000년대의 최장기 수출주도 호황은 고용배제적 성격으로 인해 건실한 경제회복으로 이어지지 못했다. 이에 비추어볼 때 아베노믹스의 궁극적 목표인 소비자물자 2% 달성을 위해서는 양질의 고용 및 임금 증대를 통한 내수 회복이 관건이 될 것이라는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 이를 입증하고자 첫째, 아베노믹스의 작동 메커니즘과 파급경로의 이론적 토대를 파악한다. 둘째, 일본경제의 현실에 입각해 아베노믹스의 현실적인 작동 가능성을 고찰한다. 셋째, 아베노믹스가 양질의 고용 및 임금 증대를 통해 내수 회복을 촉진할지 여부를 분석한다.
Abstract
This study’s purpose is to investigate the mechanism and transmission channels of Abenomics in theory and reality. The longest export-driven economic boom in 2000s in Japan could not meet to sound recovery due to employment-excluded nature. In this context, this study begins with awareness that expansion of domestic demand through high-quality employment and wage growth are likely to be the key to achieve ultimate goal of Abenomics, CPI 2% increase within 2 years. To prove this, first of all, theoretical foundation of mechanism and transmission channels of Abenomics will be identified. second, based on the reality of Japan’s economy Abenomics’ work possibility wil be analysed. Third, it will be addressed if Abenomics allows to facilitate domestic demand by means of high-quality employment and wage increase.
