이 글은 기술이 경제를 조직하는 방식의 변화라는 관점에서 공유 경제, 플랫폼, 그리고 블록체인의 경제·사회적 의미와 효과를 검토한다. 디지털 기술의 발전과매칭과 평판이라는 플랫폼 기능에 기초하여 개인 대 개인의 교환과 거래를 발굴하고 촉진하는 경제를 디지털 공유 경제, 그리고 플랫폼 경제로 정의한다. 디지털 공유 경제가 P2P(Peer to Peer) 교환과 데이터 집적에 기반한 매칭과 평판 메커니즘으로 플랫폼의 집중과 독점의 길로 나아가는 메커니즘을 검토하고, 분산과 공유의 가치를 지향하는 P2P 분산네트워크 기반 블록체인이 거래와 계약에서의 신뢰와 독점의 문제를 해결하여 새로운 경제사회의 새로운 조직화의 가능성과 범주를 확장할 수 있을지에 대해 그 가능성과 한계를 검토해보았다. 사회적기술인 플랫폼과 블록체인의 가능성과 전망도 사회와의 정치적 매개를 통한 조절과 합의에 좌우될 것이다. 이러한 정치적 매개는 개인들이 소비자와 공급자로등장하고 분권적 가치 지향과 국가 개입에 대한 사고의 다양화로 과거와는 달리더 복잡할 것이다. 디지털 공유 경제와 블록체인의 미래는 신세계와 신기루의 중간 지점일 것이며, 비약과 대체보다는 진화와 공존의 긴 기간을 거치면서 경제와사회 시스템의 변화를 이끌 것으로 전망된다.
Abstract
This paper attempts to explain the economic and social effects of sharing economy, platform, and blockchain in terms of how technology brings changes in the way the economy is organized. In this paper, we define the economy as a digital sharing economy or platform economy based on the development of digital technology and the platform function of matching and reputation. The P2P distributed network-based blockchain(P2P) is based on the exchange of peer-to-peer(P2P) data and the mechanism of matching and reputation. I examined the possibility and limitations of the possibility of expanding the possibility and scope of a new economic and social organization by solving the problems of trust and monopoly in this transaction and contract. The possibilities and prospects of social technologies, platform and blockchain will eventually be regulated through political mediation with society. This political mediator is expected to be more complicated than the past because individuals have emerged as consumers and suppliers and the thinking about national intervention has diversified in a decentralized value orientation. The digital sharing economy and the future of the blockchain will be in the middle point between New World and Mirage, and it is expected to lead change of economic and social system through a long period of evolution and coexistence rather than leaps and alternatives.
