픽춰레스크 이미지 요소를 이용한 도심가로 공간 평가 연구 -대구 봉산문화거리 공공디자인 사업을 중심으로

Abstract

At present, our cities look like a generalize spatial form that does not show regional characteristics and identities due to the limitations of functional architecture and modernism rather than a space in compliance with the beauty of a natural organic form. However, in the beginning with year 2,000, as the recognition to improve this urban environment was raised and the demand for life quality was generalized, interest in design and its role and in-depth research on aesthetic design became required. The purpose of this study is to search for an aesthetic design plan to embody visual amenity of urban views from the public design project of Daegu Bongsan Art Culture Street implemented from 2008 to 2009 and devise a method to effectively practice urban revitalization to bring in visual achievement of design project's quality improvement. As for the research method, the items extracted from the previously published " A study on Urban Streetside Designs through the use of Picturesque Images", namely 10 constructs and 29 streetside spatial factors are applied to the object and based on the results, it suggests a plan to utilize visual image factors of streets. In particular, it is all significant in that the results of the continually progressed study will be provided as basic data to minimizes the differences between theory and practice of design projects that are currently planned or will be implemented in the future to prepare for practical academic foundation and extend potential values of design and reinforce contextual meanings of places from the composition, placement and design of appropriate space applicable factors.
