소아 직장 유암종 1예

저자들은 내원 1년 전부터 간헐적인 복통과 함께 복통 시에 항상 동반되는 소량의 비특이적인 설사가 반복되어 내원한 13세 남아에서 직장 유암종을 진단하고 내시경적 절제술로 치료한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
