장기임대형 아파트의 실내 공공공간 감성디자인 분석에 관한 연구 -중국 지역 청년아파트를 중심으로-

청년 집단은 일, 생활, 감정 등 여러 가지 스트레스를 안고 있어 기본적인 기능의 요건을 충족시키면서도 사람들의 심리와 정서적 위로에 더 신경을 써야 한다. 이에 청년 장기임대 아파트의 공공공간은청년층의 오락, 휴식, 사교 등 공간으로 감성디자인에서 반드시 그 중요성이 부각되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 청년 장기임대 아파트 실내 공공공간의 감성디자인 표현특성을 고찰하고 그 감성디자인의 현황을 파악하여 개선책을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 주거 커뮤니티 공간의 감성디자인에 관한 선행연구를 분석, 정리하고, 공간에서 나타난 감성표현 특성을 중심으로 감성디자인을 행태지원성, 연속성, 상징성, 오감의 체험 4가지 측면에서 최근 몇 년간 중국에서 신축된 5개의 대표적인 청년 장기임대 아파트 공공공간의 감성표현 특성을 조사하고 분석했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 행태지원성은 다양한 공간을 수용할 수 있는 복합 공간, 다목적 공간, 가변소파 및 모듈 식 가구를 설치하는 방식이 사용자의 새로운 행위를 유발하는 것이다. 둘째, 연속성은 개방 또는 반개방 공간의 설치, 시야확대, 실내광선 증가, 재료와 색채 및 바닥의 고저변동을 통해 변화한다. 셋째, 상징성의 디자인 측면은 청년들이선호하는 현대적 감각과 재미 외에도 현지의 민속적 특색을 더 많이 나타낼 수 있고, 현지의 민족 풍속을 건축구조상 식물, 물체 등에 융합해 상징적 의미를 높일 수 있다.넷째, 오감의 체험에서는 주로각 아파트의 광선 유입이 양호하며, 로비 식 배치, 천장의 채광, 큰 유리, 반개방의 형태로 실내로 충분히 빛을 유입시켜, 재료가 사람에게 주는 촉감과 촉각 자극을 고려하여 카펫, 목재의 촉감과 바닥벽돌의 촉감의 차이를 통해 기능공간을 구분한다.
Abstract
Due to the pressure of work, life, emotion and so on, the youth group should pay more attention to psychological and emotional comfort while satisfying the basic functional conditions in living. The public space in youth long-term rental apartments is the entertainment, rest and social space for youth groups, which must be emphasized in the emotional design. This study aims to investigate the emotional design performance characteristics of indoor public space in China youth long-term rental apartments, master the present situation of emotional design and propose its improvement countermeasures. In terms of study methods, we analyzed and sorted out the previous studies related to residential community space and emotional design, and investigated and analyzed the emotional performance characteristics of public space in five representative youth long-term rental apartments from form support, continuity, symbolism and five senses experience, centering on the emotional performance characteristics in the space. The analysis results conclude that: first, behavioral support is to induce new behavior by setting up complex spaces, multi-functional spaces, variable sofas and modular furniture that can accommodate multiple spaces. Second, continuity is to expand the spatial view and increase the indoor light by setting open or semi-open spaces and to form a continuous space experience by setting different materials, colors and floor heights in the same space. Third, the symbolic design can strengthen modern feeling and interest for the youth, modify local folklore characteristics, integrate local national customs into architectural and decorative designs, and improve the sense of symbolism. Fourth, in the five-sense experience, the light is fully led into the room by setting the atrium hall, ceiling lighting, large glass and half window opening, considering the tactile and tactile stimulation brought by the material, and distinguishing the functional space by the tactile difference of carpet, wood and floor tile.
