영·유아 가족을 위한 영·유아 휴게실의 디자인 개선 방향에 대한 연구

본 연구는 영·유아가 외출 시 사용해야 하는 영·유아 휴게실의 디자인 개선방안에 대해 제안하는 것을목적으로 한다. 연구방법은 0~36개월의 자녀를 키우는 보호자를 대상으로 인터넷 설문조사 및 직접사용, 사용자 관찰, 심층인터뷰를 통한 분석이다. 영·유아 휴게실의 검색부터 사용 및 퇴실까지의 전체적인 사용 프로세스를 토대로 영·유아 휴게실의 역할에 따른 내부 공간의 배치 및 편의시설에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 보호자들은 영·유아 휴게실의 검색에서 통일되지 않은 다양한 표시에서 혼란을느꼈으며, 유모차 진입 및 보관, 수유실의 부실한 잠금장치, 획일적인 기저귀 교환대의 높이, 이유식섭취에 필요한 기기의 부재 등의 불편함을 느꼈다. 또한 아기를 안고 움직여야 하는 상황에서 발생할수 있는 위험 및 위생에 대한 두려움이 있었다. 출입 가능한 영·유아의 보호자를 1인의 여성으로 한정하는 경우가 많아 남성 보호자가 영·유아 동반 외출 시 제약이 많이 발생하였으며, 동반한 가족에 대한 배려가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 탐색의 단계에서 혼란이 발생되지 않게통일된 표현과 심볼마크를 사용하여 고착화 시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 입구 주변에 유모차가 규칙적으로 배치될 수 있어야 하며, 유모차가 출입할 수 있는 넓이의 자동문이 설치되어야 한다. 수유공간은 프라이빗하고 조용한 공간으로 구성 되어야 하며, 동반가족이 함께 사용할 수 있는 가족수유실로설치되어야 한다. 기저귀 교환공간은 높낮이가 다양하게 설치되어야 하며, 청소 및 소독이 용이한 재질로 이루어져야 한다. 또한 아이를 씻길 수 있는 깊은 세면대가 필요하다. 이유식 섭취공간은 안전한동선으로 이루어져 있어야 하며 낙상을 방지할 수 있어야 한다. 영·유아휴게실의 사용자가 많거나 동반 가족이 대기할 경우 사용할 수 있는 기타 공간이 있어야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to propose a design improvement plan for the infant and toddler lounge that infants and toddlers should use when going out. The research method is an analysis through Internet survey, direct use, user observation, and in-depth interview with parents raising children aged 0 to 36 months. This study suggested improvement plans for the space arrangement and convenience facilities of the infant and toddler lounge by analyzing the overall process of finding space, using, and leaving. Guardians felt confused by various signs that were not unified from the search for the infant and toddler lounge, and when using the infant and toddler lounge they felt uncomfortable entering with a stroller or storing the stroller, poorly locking the nursing room, same height of diaper changing table and absence of equipment necessary for feeding baby food, etc. There was fear Feeling anxious about the dangers of having to move while carrying a baby and fear of hygiene. In many cases, the number of guardians of infants and toddlers allowed to enter is limited to only one female, so there are many restrictions on male guardians going out with infants and toddlers, in addition, inconvenience occurred due to the lack of convenience for other family members who went out together. The results of this study are as follows. It is necessary to fix it using a unified expression and symbol mark so that confusion does not occur in the search stage. In addition, the stroller should be able to be aligned around the entrance, and an automatic door wide enough for the stroller to enter and exit should be installed. The nursing room should be composed of a private and quiet, and should be installed as a family nursing room where the accompanying family can use it together. The diaper changing space should be installed in various heights and should be made of a material that is easy to clean and disinfect. Also need a deep sink to wash infant and toddler. The space for feeding baby food should consist of a safe movement and should be able to prevent hurt from a fall. There should be other space available if there is a large number of people waiting or if the accompanying family is waiting.
