영유아를 위한 제품 및 서비스 사용성 평가 연구에 관한 체계적 고찰 - 국내 연구 중심으로

연구목적: 영유아의 제품 및 서비스에 대한 사용성 평가는 안전, 효율성, 편리함 등을 평가하는 데 있어 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 한국에서 실시된 영유아 관련 제품 및 서비스에 대해 사용성 평가를 실시한 연구의 체계적 고찰을 통해 사용성 평가의 연구 경향 및 대상자, 방법에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 데이터베이스 RISS, Science ON, Dbpia, KCI를 이용해, ‘영유아 OR 유아 OR 영아 AND 사용성평가 OR 사용성’라는 키워드로 2000년 이후 문헌을 검색하였다. 포함 기준과 배제 기준을 통해 총 8개의 문헌이 선정되었고 이 문헌들의 질적 수준을 평가하였다. 연구결과: 영유아 관련 사용성 평가는 지속적으로 연구되지 않았다. 교육 관련 제품 및 서비스의 사용성 평가가 가장 많았다. 대상자는 영유아의 부모와 영유아가 높은 비율을 나타냈으며, 영유아는 주로 관찰을 통해 평가되었다. 연구 대상자 수는 평균 15.2명으로 나타났다. 연구 방법은 양적 평가와 질적 평가 둘 다 사용하는 경우가 가장 많았고, 그중에서도 설문지를 사용한 방법이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 사용성 평가의 요소는 8가지로 범주화되었으며, 그중에서도 효율성이 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 사용성 평가에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 영유와 관련 사용성 평가에 대한 기초 자료를 제공함으로써 향후, 사용성 평가 관련 연구를 위해 다양한 방향을 제공하는 데 있어 도움이 되기를 바란다.
Abstract
The usability test of products and services for Infants and Toddlers is very important in evaluating safety, efficiency, and convenience. The purpose of this study is to find out the research trends, subjects, and methods of usability test through a systematic review of a study that conducted usability test on infant and child-related products and services conducted in Korea. Using the database RISS, Science ON, Dbpia, and KCI, the literature since 2000 was searched with the keyword ‘Infants & Toddlers OR Infants OR Toddlers AND Usability test OR Usability’. A total of 8 documents were selected through the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the qualitative level of these documents was evaluated. The usability test related to infants and toddlers has not been continuously studied. The usability test of education-related products and services was the most common. The subjects showed a high proportion of infants' parents and infants, and infants were mainly tested through observation. The average number of study subjects was 15.2. As for the research method, both quantitative and qualitative evaluation was used the most, and among them, the method using the questionnaire showed the highest frequency. The usability test factor was categorized into 8, and among them, efficiency was the highest frequency. This study recognizes the importance of usability test and provides basic data on usability test related to infants and toddlers, which will help provide various directions for future usability evaluation-related research.
