In this report, we present the whole-genome sequence of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum DH24 isolated from the human breast milk. Adhesion property of L. plantarum DH24 to Caco-2 cells were approximately 50 times more than L. plantarum KCTC3108 (ATCC14917), and biofilm-related genes (helD and agrA) showed genetic variation. The genome of the strain is composed of a single chromosome with 3,317,947 bp, and the GC content is 44.62%.
