초록
This study investigated the genomic characteristics of Cutibacterium acnes strain EISK7, which isolated from the facial skin of healthy South Korean. The genome is composed of a single chromosome measuring 2,494,909 bp in length. Using genomic and pangenomic analyses, EISK7 was identified as Single-Locus Sequence Type F1. Our investigations expand the understanding of the unique genetic traits of Type F C. acnes and their potential role in both skin health and antibiotic resistance.
