초록
Telluria sp. strain 100-57A was isolated from the rhizosphere of Capsicum annuum in Sunchang, Republic of Korea. The strain’s genome was sequenced using PacBio HiFi and Illumina reads, yielding a single 6,454,118-bp circular chromosome with a GC content of 66.4% and 99.2% completeness. The genome encodes 5,528 coding sequences, 95 tRNAs, 21 rRNAs, and one tmRNA. Functional annotation revealed enrichment in transcription, signal transduction, and metabolic genes. antiSMASH analysis identified nine biosynthetic gene clusters, including those for hydrogen cyanide, terpene, and siderophore biosynthesis. Hydrogen cyanide biosynthesis may be involved in the observed reduction of aphid infestation.
