초록
In recent years, the accumulation of soil herbicides as a result of the widespread use of mineral fertilizers in the cultivation of agricultural crops has negatively affected the diversity of soil microorganisms, in addition to reducing soil fertility and crop yield. This study was carried out to study the effect of herbicides on the distribution and activity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of cotton. In experiments conducted using modern methods, it was noted that when herbicides were applied in the variants after the appearance of 3-4 true leaves on cotton, the total number of microorganisms decreased compared to the control, the decrease in the number of microorganisms in the population led to the loss of species sensitive to herbicides, and some species became resistant to herbicides. Studying the main biological characteristics of the isolated isolates allowed a comparative analysis of their resistance to herbicides. As a result of the identification of microorganisms, isolates with high activity were confirmed at the species level. Both control and experimental variants were mainly dominated by bacteria of the genus Bacillus. These species, which are capable of assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen and are resistant to herbicides, will serve to maintain the stability of soil conditions and increase their fertility in the future.
