기업의 경영활동이 글로벌화되면서 기업이 처한 위험(risk)의 유형과 빈도 또한 증가하고 있다. 특히 인터넷 환경하의 보다 진보된 정보시스템은 기업의 경영 효율성을 증가시키는 반면에 위험의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 위험을 인식하고, 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 위험관리를 정보시스템 분야에 적용하여 글로벌 SCM의 위험관리에 관한 인식과 대응방안을 A기업을 사례로 분석하여 글로벌 SCM의 위험관리체계의 프레임웍(framework)을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
As the globalization of business has had a tremendous impact on the way companies operate today, the companies face various types of business risks. In particular, advanced information system through the Internet environment has leads to efficient firm. However, its rapid environment also exposes the business to increased risk. Thus, nowadays companies need to recognize, analyze, evaluate and manage business risks to prevent losses, and they also need to do risk management to obtain business opportunities. This paper proposes the risk management framework in global supply chain through in-depth analysis of awareness and respondence of risk factors for a case study of one korean company.
