이름의 유사성으로 생성된 별명에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the nicknames that we associate in ourselves mind and to regulate them. I treat the nickname made of metaphor. First, I adopt the original name as the target domain and analyzed that. Korean original name is commonly composed of three ideographs. Family name(FN) is one, personal name(PN) is two(PN1, PN2). We make the metaphor from the ideograph, which is by itself or is composed of each other. A point of phonetic similarity mediate between target domain and source domain. When you read this paper, you can look “simple metaphor” furthermore “dual metaphor”, “multistage metaphor”, “act of metaphor and metonymy”, “act of metonymy and metaphor”, and “compound metaphor”. Through this paper, we can discover that the metaphor is deeply related to make the nickname.
