Abstract

Cyber threats are not limited to cyberspace, they have evolved into physical attacks, the targets of cyber threats are not only possible information theft and system neutralization in the network environment, but also destruction of major facilities in physical space, radio signal and frequency manipulation, and the attack patterns of modern warfare are changing. Although research and technology in cyber warfare are developing, there is a disadvantage that access to closed networks that are far apart is limited, and electromagnetic attacks in electronic warfare have disadvantages that it is difficult to maintain persistence, expose attacks, and secure control of enemy weapon systems. Cyber-electronic warfare has emerged as a concept that can complement these shortcomings. cyber-electronic warfare is certain to become a powerful intangible force in the future, but no clear technology operation guidelines or response technologies have been defined Therefore, this study defines the design and response technology of the Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF) based on the ALC (ATTACK LIFE CYCLE) proposed by FireEye.
