초록
Today, as the number of continuous attacks by hacking groups behind the country increases, the stability of the international IT infrastructure is threatened and poses risks to fields such as the defense industry, IT, finance, and telecommunications. And these risks are particularly concentrated in Western and liberal democratic countries. This study investigated the attacks of hacking groups behind China in a situation where about 79% of APT groups designated by various organizations are suspected to be behind China, and emphasized strategic implications for global cybersecurity. To this end, through case studies and analysis, we studied how these hacking groups behind China target major infrastructures to secure a strategic advantage, and insisted on dynamic policy frameworks and international cybersecurity cooperation to mitigate these threats. In addition, it insisted on the necessity of AI and blockchain technology to strengthen cybersecurity, and proposed specific measures including the necessity of a global cybersecurity TF for sharing real-time threat information, and regular international cybersecurity training. Through these measures, it is expected that our international community will be able to better protect the IT infrastructure and ensure safe and resilient protection of the IT infrastructure against the threats of hacking groups behind China.
