홀리스틱 교육의 관점에서 바라 본스포츠 인성

이 연구의 목적은 홀리스틱 관점에서 바라이 스포츠인성을 탐구하는 것이다. 과학과 사회의 발달에 따라 스포츠 인구가 급속하게 증가하였고, 이에 따라 스포츠 관련 윤리적 문제들이 다양한 국면에서 발생하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 스포츠 인성이 무엇인지에 대한 선행연구들의 결과들을 살펴보고, 스포츠와 인성발달에 대한 관련 연구들을 종합한 후, 홀리스틱 교육의 관점에서 바라이 스포츠 인성교육의 시사점들을 제시하였다. 스포츠 인성의 가치에는 존중, 책임, 신뢰, 공정, 정직, 배려와 같은 덕목적 가치로 구성되는 경우, 도덕적 판단력, 역할채택능력 등의 역량으로 구성되는 경우로 구분하였다. 홀리스틱 교육의 원리적 관점에서 바라본 스포츠 인성교육의 원리로는 인간성 발달 교육, 개성 존중 교육, 경험중심 교육, 인성 발달 촉진자로서의 교사, 민주주의 교육, 그리고 정신성에 대한 강조를 하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the sports personality as seen from a holistic perspective. With the development of science and society sporting population is increased rapidly, whereby the sports related ethical issues may occur in various aspects. This study looked at the results of previous research on what the sport character is, synthesized the studies of the relevant sports and character development, and presented the implications of the sports character education viewed from a holistic point of view. The value of sport character is composed of the virtues such as respect, responsibility, trust, fairness, honesty, caring and the ability of such as moral judgment, perspective taking etc. The principles of sports character education from the perspective of the holistic education are a personality development training, respect for individual training, experience- based education, the teacher as a facilitator for character development, democracy education, and an emphasis on spirituality.
