낙서(洛西) 장만(張晩)의 상소문 연구

Abstract

This paper is a study on Nakseo (洛西) Jang-man (張晩)'s The memorials to the king (上疏文). He lived in a period of chaos during a series of wars. He was a brilliant bureaucrat and a great general who served as a bureaucrat from the age of 26 to 64 for about 38 years and was renowned as a political career man with both literary and artistic background. The memorials to the king (上疏文), who served the three kings of Seonjo, Gwanghaegun, and Injo, has been the essence of coronary literature and has been greatly established in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. In Jang-man's appeal, he settled the chaotic political problems of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and assisted the wages properly. It was accompanied by a sense of classical scholar, a strong spirit of practice that opened the peace of mind with a national consciousness to protect the nation-wide security. His appeal is filled with justice in the sentences of patriotic people and shows the best perception of reality and the essence of meticulous “official literature” of the time with the nature of political literature. His appeal has the dignity of a great bureaucrat and a commanding general to the masses of injustice who wandered through an era, and the historical significance of occupying an important stem point in our history with a sentence of a period of perspective.
