본 연구는 비블리오드라마(Bibliodrama)와 설교의 융합을 통해 현대 설교학이 요구하는 메시지의 공동체적 창안과 청중의 참여 가능성을 탐구한다. 전통적으로 설교는 설교자의 해석에 기반한 일방향적 메시지 전달로 이해되어 왔으나, 본 연구는 본문과 청중 간의 ‘다리놓기’ 과정에 설교자뿐 아니라 청중도 능동적으로 참여할 수 있음을 강조한다. 이를 위하여 필자는 비블리오드라마의 단계를 본문과의 만남, 내면화, 외면화로 구분하고, 이를 통해 성경 본문과 청중 간 상호작용을 구체적으로 분석하고, 이 속에서 성 삼위 하나님의 행하심으로의 복음을 설교학적 실천에 적용하여 선포할 수 있는 가능성을 살펴본다. 특히 본 연구는 비블리오드라마가 청중의 해석적 참여라는 전이의 과정을 통해 설교를 공동체적(커뮤니타스) 해석 사건으로 전환시킬 수 있음을 보여준다. 이를 통해 설교는 더 이상 설교자 중심의 메시지 선포에 머무르지 않고, 해석학적/언어적 환대(hermeneutical/linguistic hospitality)를 기반으로 한 ‘고백적 설교’를 통해 공동체적, 대화적, 공감적인 복음 경험의 기회가 될 수 있음을 제시한다. 본 연구는 고백을 통한 설교학의 실천적 전환과 해석학적 재구성을 모색하는 하나의 대안적 접근으로의 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study explores the possibility of creating a communal message and audience participation in modern homiletics through the integration of bibliodrama and preaching. Whereas preaching has been traditionally understood as an one-way transmission of messages based on the preacher's interpretation. However, this study emphasizes that both the preacher and the audience can actively participate in the process of the “bridge-building” between the text and the audience. To this end, this study divides the stages of bibliodrama into encounter with the text, internalization, and externalization, and analyzes the interaction between the biblical text and the audience in detail. This study then examines the possibility of applying the gospel as the action of the Triune God to homiletical practice and proclaiming it. In particular, it is demonstrated that bibliodrama can transform preaching into a communal (communitas) interpretive event through the process of interpretive participation by the audience. Through this, preaching is no longer limited to the preacher-centered proclamation of messages, but can become an opportunity for communal, dialogical, and empathic experiences of the gospel through “confessional preaching” based on hermeneutical/linguistic hospitality. This study is significant as an alternative approach that seeks a practical transformation and hermeneutical reconstruction of homiletics through confession.
