21세기 선교현장에 맞는 한국 선교사를 위한 선교훈련

초록

Korean churches have experienced tremendous changes over the past 130 years. The growth of Korean churches was unique in the world. Their dramatical growth of Korean churches has stimulated them to participate to the world mission. Their mission effort is now accomplishing one cycle-missionary mobilizing, appointing, training, sending, retiring, post-retirement work. Now, Korean churches need to prepare the next step. They also requires more effective missionary training for Korean missionaries suitable for the Twenty-First Century mission field. Missionary training is very important for missionaries. Although it is not the only way to make a good missionaries, it is a profound element for the effective missions. A good missionary is not born but made for a long-time education and training. Thus, Korean churches need to develop proper missionary training philosophy and curriculum, to bring up professional missionary trainers, to mobilize local churches for the world evangelization, to prepare effective evaluation system, and to provide diverse missionary training for multi-cultural people. Furthermore, Korean churches also mobilize, train, and supervise their missionaries to fulfill their ministries effectively. For the purpose, Korean churches, mission agencies, and missionary training centers must collaborate one another.

Abstract
