Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of Aakbugajib, an Anthology of Korean Poetry in the possession of the Library of Kyungpook National University. The results are summarized as follows.First, Aakbugajib in the possession of the Library of Kyungpook National University is supposed to have been allocated to three scribes, and written down in longhand. More than three copies of it are presumed to have been made. The contents and styles of the works in Aakbugajib of Kyungpook National University are almost the same as that of Seoul National University except <Yeonhaeng- ga>. Aakbugajib of Kyungpook National University and that of Seoul National University are alternative versions of the same line, but they transcribed a little differently, so some differences exist between them. Especially, considerable differences exist between two variants of <Yeonhaeng-ga>.Second, the works included in Aakbugajib of Kyungpook National University are compared with those of Seoul National University, Gajib, and Akboo. The comparisons are made in a chart.Third, the end part of <Byeongtaryeong> and the front part of <Jinyangbyeolgok> which were omitted from Aakbugajib of Kyungpook National University have been restored through Akboo. The omitted part of <Yeonhaeng-ga> in Aakbugajib of Kyungpook National University has been restored through <Imgijoongbon Yeonhaeng-ga>. Considerably reduced explanation of goods exhibited in the show windows of many kinds of shops in Yeongyeong has been identified through <Donambon Yeonhaeng-ga>
