본 연구는 일반교사와 특수교사에 대한 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 일반교사 110명과 특수교사 83명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 그 결과, 일반교사에 대해서는 상사의 지지와 동료의 지지가, 특수교사에 대해서는 상사, 동료 및 가족의 지지가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력을 갖고 있었다. 하지만 동료의 지지는 일반교사에게는 오히려 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 통해서 일반교사와 특수교사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 실제적인 제언을 했다.
Abstract
This study aims to compare the effect of social support for general education and special education teachers upon their job satisfaction. To achieve this, it conducted a survey to its subject of 110 general education teachers and 83 special education teachers. According to the result of it, senior and coworker support affected general education teachers while senior, coworker, and family support influenced special education teachers statistically significantly. However, coworker support rather affected general education teachers in a negative way. Based on this result, this research has provided practical suggestions to enhance general education and special education teachers’ job satisfaction.
