This study which is solution to organized Default Management of Wooden building aims to enhanceavailability of Cultural Properties by securing stability of Cultural Properties through routine Defect checkafter construction, protecting defect and early defect repair. Also, it administers stats of Default Management, so that reduces later frequency, applying measures toarticle of high frequency at the first time to plan, and pursuit to establish system and efficiency of DefaultManagement of Cultural Properties by using it as valuable data for quality control of constructions andlater maintain management, repairing a Wooden building.
