건축설계과정에서 건축주 의사결정지원을 위한 BIM 활용 연구－ 주택설계과정을 중심으로 －

Abstract

This paper studies how to take advantage of BIM(Building Information Modeling) when the presentationfor clients' decision making in the housing design process, in addition, we propose a framework fordecision making for the use of BIM in the early design phase. Clients' decision-making in the design process has a significant impact on the performance of the housebuilding. The outcome of a housing design can be improved if various design options can rapidly beanalysed to assist the client and architect in making informed decisions in the design process. Architects and clients will review in detail as an image, perspective, design drawings, presentationmaterials in a variety of forms, such as visualization to help you make the best decision. For architects andclients rational and efficient in order to make judgments and 3D simulations to form a visual effect thatconsensus, the BIM can be utilized as a decision making tool that can be easily understood by even nonprofessionals. Accordingly, BIM 3D architectural design minimizes the error based on solid facts and reality, and toenable the right decisions because of the information they need to advance to reduce unnecessary lossesby predicting in advance in terms of the clients and architects, good housing will be able to present thedesign alternatives.
